The Fellowship Welcomes Its Spring 2026 Cohort of Startups

At Awesome Inc, one of our favorite things is getting a front-row seat to what founders are building next.

Each new Fellowship cohort brings a fresh mix of ideas, industries, and problem-solving, and this spring is no exception. The newest companies joining the Awesome Inc Fellowship are tackling challenges in animal health, student productivity, workforce support, and creator-brand partnerships. Different spaces, different founders, different paths, but all building toward something real.

We’re excited to welcome AnimaSol, Due Gooder, Essential Innovations, and Pitch Please to the Spring 2026 Fellowship cohort.

AnimaSol

AnimaSol is using light-based technology to improve the health and performance of animals through full-body red light therapy wearables.

What stands out about AnimaSol is the way they’re pairing innovation with accessibility. Their mission is not just to create useful technology, but to make light therapy more practical and understandable for animal owners around the world. It’s a thoughtful approach to a growing space, and one that blends care, education, and product development in a compelling way.

We’re excited to see how AnimaSol continues to grow and bring this technology to more people and animals who can benefit from it.

Due Gooder

Due Gooder is taking on one of the most familiar student pain points out there: keeping track of assignments across multiple syllabi.

Their platform uses a fine-tuned AI model to extract assignments from syllabi and automatically schedule them into calendars with smart reminders. In other words, it helps students spend less time decoding class logistics and more time actually getting the work done.

It’s the kind of idea that feels instantly useful. For students trying to stay organized across a busy semester, that kind of clarity can make a real difference. We’re glad to welcome Due Gooder into the Fellowship and excited to watch them keep building.

Essential Innovations

Essential Innovations is focused on helping employers find, hire, and support essential workers, while also helping those workers get and stay employed.

Their work centers on people whose jobs involve using their hands, tools, machines, or serving others in critical roles. That makes this company especially compelling to us. They’re not just trying to improve efficiency. They’re building around dignity, opportunity, and long-term success for workers who keep so much of the world moving.

We love seeing founders build around real workforce needs, and Essential Innovations is doing exactly that.

Pitch Please

Pitch Please is an AI-powered app that helps creators find decision-makers at top brands and send personalized pitches in seconds.

For creators, one of the biggest challenges in brand partnerships is not always the pitch itself. Sometimes it’s just finding the right person to send it to. Pitch Please is working to remove that friction and make creator outreach faster, smarter, and more effective.

It solves a clear problem in a way that feels practical and easy to understand, which is always fun to see. As the creator economy keeps growing, we’re excited to have Pitch Please in the cohort and to see how the team keeps pushing forward.

We’re Also Hiring

As Fellowship continues to grow, so does the need for strong leadership around the program.

Awesome Inc is currently hiring for a new Fellowship Program Manager, someone who can help lead the experience, support founders well, and keep the momentum of the program moving in the right direction. This role sits close to the heart of what makes Fellowship work: relationships, trust, structure, and a real belief in the people building here.

If you care about startups, love working with founders, and want to play a meaningful role in Kentucky’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, we’d love for you to take a look.

Looking Ahead

Every Fellowship company brings something different to the table, and that’s part of what makes this program so fun to be around. Some are building in highly technical spaces. Some are creating tools for everyday problems. Some are opening up new opportunities in industries that need fresh thinking. What they all have in common is that they’re building with intention and momentum.

We’re proud to welcome AnimaSol, Due Gooder, Essential Innovations, and Pitch Please to the Awesome Inc Fellowship.
